1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. According to these Terms, SIA MANUM sells goods that are located in the Manilux .lv online store on the website (hereinafter - the Internet store). The buyer buys and accepts the product according to the assortment, which he indicates in the order placed on the website of the Internet store (hereinafter - the order). Ownership rights to the product are transferred to the buyer on the day of full payment and receipt of the purchase price of the product.

1.3. By making a purchase in the Internet store and agreeing to these Terms, the buyer confirms that he is a legally competent person and that the data required for the performance of the contract are true. If the buyer is a legal entity, it acts as an authorized person. The buyer confirms that he uses the online store in accordance with regulatory enactments, only in an authorized manner. In case of any violation of the Rules or regulatory enactments, SIA MANUM has the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase made by the buyer and/or deny the buyer the use of the Internet store.
1.4. If the Buyer orders and buys the goods offered in the Internet store and uses other services of SIA MANUM, it is assumed that the Buyer is an acquaintance and agrees without objection to the general terms and conditions of the distance contract and undertakes to use them.
1.5. A distance contract (hereinafter - the Contract) is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer, who places an order and makes a purchase in the online store. At the time of validity of the contract, the Buyer has placed an order using distance means, and it is necessary for the seller to confirm the placed order via electronic mail or telephone. The order and the confirmation of its receipt as received, when they can be addressed to the person to whom they are addressed. The contract is valid until its execution, until the delivery of the ordered goods. The contract applies to all orders and purchases in the online store.
1.6. The Seller does not store the Contract and service purchased in the online store, they are available to the Buyer every time before making the purchase.

The Terms that are in force at the time of ordering goods and services are applied to the buyer. 2. PRICES OF GOODS
2.1. In the online store, all product prices are indicated in Euros. The offered prices are valid at the time of placing the order. The buyer, by confirming the order according to the order or form, agrees to pay the current price of the product.
2.2. The seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the special price of goods, specified goods and services at any time without notice. Goods and services are sold at prices valid at the time of placing the order for goods and services and published in the online store. If, due to technical reasons, inconsistencies or incorrect prices of goods published on the Internet, the Seller informs the Buyer that the technical reason cannot fulfill the order within a reasonable time.
3. RANGE OF GOODS

3.2. In the event that the buyer has placed an order and before that the contract has expired, but due to technical reasons it is not possible to quickly remove the contract from the offer, SIA MANUM informs the Buyer by phone or in writing that it cannot be fulfilled or that the Buyer's consent is offered by an analog product. SIA MANUM does not cover possible losses that may occur if the Buyer has placed an order for a product that is no longer in stock and SIA MANUM has informed the buyer of this circumstance within 14 calendar days.
3.3. The seller reserves the right to unilaterally change the assortment of goods and change the specifications of goods without notice. Product descriptions use information and images provided by manufacturers.
4. ORDER PLACEMENT
4.1. You can place an order in the SIA MANUM online store using the given link: Manilux.lv. Both registered and non-registered buyers can place an order. To find the desired product, you can use the product finder or use the store's category menu. After selecting the product and its quantity, press the "Add to cart" button, then go to "View cart" and press the "Complete purchase button".
4.2. In the next step, you will see information about the selected product and the price of the product, excluding delivery charges. Next, press the "Confirm order" button, where the buyer will be asked to choose the payment and delivery method.
4.3. Payment for the purchase is possible in one of the following payment methods: by paying in the Internet bank or by payment card online.
4.4. In the next step, the Buyer can choose the methods of delivery or receipt of the desired goods.
4.5. The amount of information to be entered depends on the chosen payment or delivery method. After pressing the "Continue" button, the order summary will appear with the total payment amount. In this step, if necessary, the Buyer can correct the specified information.
4.6. By pressing the "Confirm order" button, the Buyer agrees to buy the selected Product and undertakes to pay the specified price of the goods and delivery.
4.9. When placing an order in the Internet store Manilux.lv, the Buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods and the provided service.
4.11. When placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with the Manilux.lv Ordering Rules
4.12. If the Buyer has specified his e-mail for communication, which is necessary for concluding a distance contract, the Buyer receives an order confirmation to the specified e-mail after placing the order. The buyer is obliged to check the information and data specified in the order. In case of inconsistency of information and/or data, the Buyer informs the Seller using the SIA MANUM customer service e-mail address: info@manilux.lv or by calling the customer service phone number: +371 267 59 597. The Buyer is obliged to clearly identify himself, for changes to be made to the order.
4.13. To receive order confirmation, please check all information. Changing the receiving address/delivery method after sending the package is a paid service (the fee for the service depends on the chosen delivery method).
5. USE OF COUPONS
5.1. By entering the coupon code, you will receive a percentage discount of a certain amount, or some other benefit, which will be agreed upon in advance when issuing the discount coupon.
5.2. Discount coupons not on items already discounted.
5.3. Only one discount coupon can be used per purchase.
5.4. Discount coupons are not cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.5. Discount coupons are valid only when making a purchase and immediately paying for it online.
5.6. Sale of discount coupons is prohibited.
5.7. Invalid, lost or otherwise damaged (for example, the coupon code is damaged and cannot be identified), discount coupons will not be refunded and their validity period will not be extended.
5.8. The terms and duration of each coupon campaign are indicated on the printed coupon or in digital communication.
5.9. Discount coupons are valid until the specified date.
6. RECEIPT OF GOODS (DELIVERY)
6.1. The product is delivered to the buyer in the way chosen by the buyer.
6.2. The product is delivered in accordance with the order and the price of the delivery service determined for the order.
6.3. The buyer is obliged to be reachable via the e-mail and/or mobile phone number specified in the order in order to agree with the product supplier (courier) on delivery details (term, place) and others for the fulfillment of the order.
6.4. Before receiving the goods, the Buyer must present an identity document - passport or ID card, as well as the order number or order confirmation. The goods are issued only to the Buyer whose data is indicated in the relevant order of the goods. If the Buyer does not present the order number or order confirmation, or an identity document, the Seller / Courier of the goods delivery service has the right not to deliver the goods.
6.5. Upon receipt, before signing the delivery note, the buyer must visually assess whether there are any visual defects in the package or the product in the presence of the external package courier. If defects are discovered for the buyer and the rights are accepted accurately and the seller is informed about the mentioned factual information, so that it is possible to replace the damaged product as soon as possible.
6.6. The delivery of the goods to the Buyer takes place according to the cashier's receipt / Receipt and / or delivery note signed by the Buyer. The order is considered fulfilled with the receipt of the goods and the signature of the registered documents. If the Buyer has chosen the delivery of the goods to the desired address, the order is confirmed as completed by the Buyer's signature on the document issued by the courier or the product specially designed for it.
6.7. SIA MANUM bears no responsibility and does not compensate the buyer for any possible losses, and the planned delivery date of the goods is delivered. If the planned delivery date of the goods is delayed and the buyer does not want to wait for the delivery of the goods, then the Buyer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the Agreement on behalf of the Seller. In this case, the buyer is not entitled to claim any compensation from the seller. The normal term for the delivery of goods is considered to be a term that does not exceed 30 calendar days, except in cases where the Seller and the Buyer have agreed on other terms for the delivery of goods.
7. USE AND QUALITY OF GOODS
7.1. Before starting to use the product, the buyer is obliged to prepare the instructions for use of the product and to use the product only according to the manufacturer's instructions in accordance with the characteristics of the product and the intended purposes of use.
7.2. The display of the product in the Internet store is only informative and may differ in nature. SIA MANUM does not guarantee that the product meets the necessary wishes of the buyer or the purposes of use.
7.3. Claims regarding the terms of the contract are dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
7.4. SIA MANUM's obligations refer to defects caused by improper use, transportation and/or storage of the goods, as well as to normal wear and tear of the goods during their operation.
8. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES AND OTHER TERMS
8.1. According to the regulatory enactments, the buyer has the right to refuse the delivery of the goods delivered at a distance in accordance with the 14th regulatory enactments. In case of exercise of the right of refusal, the buyer is obliged to return the product purchased in the Internet store to the seller SIA MANUM. The buyer is obliged to cover the costs of transferring the goods to SIA MANUM, in accordance with the regulatory enactments. It is the buyer's responsibility to familiarize himself with Manilux.lv in the "Right of withdrawal" section of the website of the online store.
8.2. A legal person is not a consumer in the sense of the law and the right of withdrawal does not apply to legal platforms.
8.3. The buyer agrees to the processing of his personal data, which indicates the registered, in the order and/or obtained to use the online store, for the purposes of order (contract) fulfillment, including when transferring the major person to ensure delivery, payment processing, as well as to verify the buyer's creditworthiness and ability . The seller is not responsible for any expenses, losses or damages that may occur due to the use of the information provided by Manilux.lv, or due to the responsibility of Manilux.lv, the online store is not available, or the operation of Manilux.lv has been disrupted or has problems. This does not limit the Buyer's rights in accordance with the requirements of consumer law. In the event that the product or service offered by Manilux.lv is not available, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract. In that case, the Seller shall refund to the Buyer all sums of money paid under the contract.
8.6. The buyer assumes all risks and responsibility for the purchases of the Internet store Manilux.lv, including the receipt (acceptance) of the goods. Upon delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the risks of loss or damage of the goods are transferred to the Buyer from the moment when the Buyer or his representative has obtained possession of the goods, except for the cases specified in the regulatory acts.
8.7.
